& Dispute Resolution| back

In many instances litigation involves those persons who are in business.
General members of the public, persons who leave the responsibility to the boss on a week-to-week basis, can, and will continue to be, involved in litigation through employment disputes, car accidents, and troubles with neighbours.
When it comes to running a business, every facet involves trying to get the best dollar return, and that leads to conflict on many fronts on many occasions each financial year.
More often than not, decisions are made by business operators to wipe off debts, or find an easy way out of disputes, to their short and long-term disadvantage, when retaining a Solicitor could have, and often does, bring about a more successful result.
Engaging a Solicitor at the early stage of a dispute often allows the persons involved, whether private individuals or business operators to place the stress of the situation on to the shoulder of their lawyer, and allows for an independent and objective range of solutions to be offered.
Litigation, that is the resolution of disputes before courts and tribunals, can be a time consuming and lengthy process.
It is therefore important to always consider other courses of resolution, including direct negotiations, mediation, and arbitration.
