The Commonwealth Government has introduced many changes to family law over the last few years, with an agenda to create a more user-friendly jurisdiction.

The volume of changes have been enormous and it is a common perception, now well founded, that family law has become more complex, less predictable and requiring an extensive base of legal knowledge.
